CANCELLATION POLICY
We respect your time and appreciate the same in return. If a slot has been booked for you that means our technician is ready and waiting. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge to rebook. If a consistent pattern of late cancellations or no shows occurs, you may be charged a non-refundable deposit (50% of the service cost) on all future appointments. If a voucher is used to book an appointment, the voucher would be considered used for a no show or late cancellation.
